These terms govern access to AdvancedMind AI. By using the service or buying credits, you agree to these terms and the incorporated policies.

Accounts and keys

You must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, and are responsible for all activity under your organization and API keys until keys are revoked.

Prepaid credits and billing

AdvancedMind AI is metered and prepaid. A positive credit balance is required before inference reaches a provider. Completed requests debit credits at the posted per-model token rates. Consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Use is limited to lawful purposes and, where gated access applies, approved project scope. Clear abuse, unauthorized targeting, deployable harm, fraud, harassment, and policy evasion are prohibited.

Research Mode

Research Mode is scoped, time-bound, revocable access to more permissive research routes. It reduces false refusals; it is not a license for harm and does not waive metering.

Service changes

Models, providers, prices, and features may change. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
