Data we collect

We collect account data, usage metadata, billing data, and request content needed to serve the request. Usage metadata includes model id, token counts, cost, route, request status, key prefix, latency, and retention mode.

How we use data

We use data to provide the service, authenticate requests, route inference, meter and bill, review Research Mode access, secure the platform, support operations, and comply with law.

No training by default

By default, customer inputs and outputs are not used to train or improve models by AdvancedMind AI or its model providers. Usage metadata may be used in aggregate for operations, security, and billing.

Retention

Request content is retained according to the route retention mode. Usage metadata, billing records, and audit logs are retained as needed for metering, tax, security, and legal obligations.

Subprocessors

Model providers receive request content only to generate responses. Cloud, payment, and communications subprocessors process data needed to operate the service.
